Save-the-date: Initiate and Transmit projects organise training school on advanced topics in CCUS and CDR technology assessment, 7-9 June 2026.

The EU funded INITIATE and Transmit projects will organise a training school on “Advanced Topics in CCUD and CDR Technology Assessment” from 7 – 9 June 2026. The training school will be held at Politecnico di Milano’s Bovisa campus in Milan, Italy, and will precede the 2026 International Conference on Carbon Dioxide Removal. The school focuses on advanced topics in CCUS and CDR technology and process modelling, techno-economic analysis, and life cycle assessment. The training is intended for modelling, TEA, and LCA practitioners with experience in CCUS and/or CDR technology assessment, who are keen to learn the latest advances in the field. Participation will be free of charge and will follow a selection process, a call for applications will open in February 2026.
