During the conference of the TrANsMIT COST Action, the students and experts from academia, institutions, and industry presented their work and projects via interactive discussion.

The working group leaders reported the work and activities completed during the COST Action’s lifetime. For the introduction, the Grant Awarding Coordinator of the TrANsMIT COST Action, Daria Katla, presented a quick summary of the activities and organizations hosted by the action during its 4-years journey, and she administered the whole conference from start to finish. WG1 leader Monika Vitvarova from DEVINN talked about the workshop, symposium, and training school in Prague, Czech Republic, organized by WG1. Manuel Bailera and Pilar Lisbona Martin, from University of Zaragoza, presented their work and activities, including the training school in Jaca, Spain, online webinars, and symposiums held within the framework of WG2. As the WG3 leader, Shareq Mohd Nazir, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, explained the work conducted on the report “Methodology for Integrated CCUS System Design and Evaluation: KTH Workshop Case Study.” which was initiated at the workshop organized in Stockholm, Sweden. The co-leader of WG3, Alexandra Constanta Dudu, from GeoEcoMar,  presented the work titled “Building CCUS National Research Agenda Across Europe,” which aims to highlight the CCUS policies of the European countries. The WG4 co-leader, Hrvoje Mikulcic, University of Zagreb, presented the aim of the WG4 workshop activities organized in Zagreb and Middlesborough on on behalf of David Hanak. Then, Mohammed Reza Ghaani, presented the development, scope, and methodology of the TrANsMIT Open Access Database which was created through the collaborative work of all working groups and granted STSMs and virtual mobility studies. The TrANsMIT open access database is now online for interested parties for research at www.transmit-db.com.
